Isaac Fischer, Certified Family Law Specialist
Isaac Fischer is a Certified Family Law Specialist handling high-conflict, complex family law matters
in Northern California. He has successfully litigated numerous family law matters, including restraining orders, high-conflict custody disputes, date of separation, business valuation and support issues (among others).
Even if your case is likely to settle, it always helps to have an experienced litigator on your side, to insure the other side is not taking anything for granted, and Isaac has resolved many cases by pushing for settlement when appropriate. He also loves bringing uncontested matters to conclusion, as it offers a break from litigating.
When he’s not in the courtroom or in the office, Isaac can often be found on the American River Bike Trail, riding out to Folsom or in the other direction to Clarksberg. He likes to assist when he can with pit bull rescue work, supporting Chako Pit Bull Rescue, and enjoys spending time with his own rescue dogs (and cats).
When you come in for a consultation, Isaac will go over all of the different options for getting your case resolved, as well as important next steps.
